Refund policy
No Returns on Opened Products
Due to the consumable nature of our health products and to ensure the safety and quality of items we sell, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or consumed products. All sales of opened products are final.
Unopened Product Returns
We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In their original, sealed packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return of an unopened product, please contact our customer service team at [email/phone]. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through:
- A replacement product
- A full refund
Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product to expedite your claim.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard refund policy applies.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale events
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
